It uses its knowledge and leverage with service providers and suppliers to ensure that risk is minimised and isolated from its waste partners.

What if the proposed development does not get permission?

Cyclamax is accountable for preparing the planning and licence applications. What Cyclamax asks in return for its efforts is an agreement subject to planning and licensing, a contribution from existing waste site owners towards the costs of these permissions and a commitment from its partner to support the development.
